Objective To analyze the main factors affecting the operational efficiency of the hospital,and to pro-vide suggestions for the hospital management to improve the operational efficiency of the hospital.Methods Decision making and trial evaluation laboratory model was used to analyze the interaction between the influencing fac-tors.Results 12 factors such as staff workload,staff structure ratio,post responsibility and performance appraisal method were the key factors affecting the operating efficiency of tertiary public hospitals.Conclusion The efficient operation of tertiary public hospitals is the result of the joint action of many factors.To improve the operation effi-ciency,we should start from the rational allocation of human resources,improving the performance appraisal mode,optimizing the layout of medical process,and innovating the development of operation mode.
