Practice and Discussion of Eye Health Management and Service System Construction under the Hospital-community Linkage Mode
It's an important duty for eye health work to develop a high-quality management and service system that meets the diversified needs of the people during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period.The hospital physical examination center should seize the opportunity to explore the service strategy of developing eye health management system with high quality.Taking the practice of ophthalmology in Huadong Sanatorium as an example,this paper analyzes the significance,content,process,advantages and disadvantages of developing an eye health management and service sys-tem in physical examination center,and puts forward to give full play to the industry advantages of physical examina-tion center and prevent and treat eye diseases as early as possible.Through cooperating with hospitals,communities and other institutions,we can construct the eye health-health care consortium model and to implement the active service system with"screening-referral-treatment-follow-up-health management"as the main line,so as to lay the foundation for promoting the work of"universal eye health for all".
