Case Study on Medicine and Prevention Integration for Infectious Diseases Based on Thematic Framework Analysis of Public Hospitals in Zhejiang Province
Objective Combining with the typical practice in Zhejiang province,this paper analyzes medicine and prevention integration for infectious diseases of public hospitals.Methods Through focus group interviews,materials related to medicine and prevention integration for infectious diseases of public hospitals were collected.The interview materials were analyzed using thematic framework analysis.Results The medicine and prevention integra-tion for infectious diseases of public hospitals in Zhejiang province mainly included four aspects:organizational inte-gration,management integration,service integration and resource integration.However,there were problems such as the lacking of top-level design,the inadequate performance of public health responsibilities within hospitals,and the lacking of resource sharing.Conclusion The integration of infectious disease medicine and prevention in public hos-pitals in Zhejiang province has been carried out in an orderly manner,but there are deficiencies.It is necessary to fur-ther strengthen the management system,explore various forms of medicine and prevention integration models,reform the talent training mechanism and establish an information sharing platform.
