Influencing Factors of Course Learning Effect among Medical Undergraduates under the Background of Interdisciplinary Fusion:Taking the Teaching of Social Medicine as an Example
Objective To explore the factors influencing course learning effect of medical undergraduates and es-tablish a model of their mechanisms of action.Methods Based on in-depth interviews with 40 medical undergra-duates,this study took Social Medicine course as an example,adopted grounded theory to conduct a systematic re-search on the course learning effect and the influence mechanism.Results Finally,30 concepts,13 initial categories and 5 main categories were extracted and the mechanism model of the role of learning effect in medical undergraduate courses was constructed.Information reservation,learning motivation,learning skills,and external environment were the main influencing factors on learning effect in Social Medicine course for medical undergraduates.In particular,information reservation and learning motivation can indirectly affect undergraduates'course learning effect by influencing the choice of learning skills.Conclusion The mechanism model of course learning effect of medical undergraduates was constructed,which provided a theoretical basis for carrying out the improvement plan of their course learning effect.
