目的 探究多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma,MM)化疗患者社会支持、心理资本与生命质量之间的相关性。方法 选择2018年4月-2023年4月在四川大学华西医院接受化疗的905例患者作为观察组,以同期100例门诊健康体检者为对照组,比较两组社会支持评定量表(Social Support Rating Scale,SSRS)、积极心理资本量表(Positive Psycap Questionnaire,PPQ)、癌症患者生命质量测定量表(Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30,QLQ-C30)等分值,并探究SSRS量表、PPQ量表与QLQ-C30量表之间的相关性。结果 观察组回收有效问卷892例,对照组回收有效问卷96例。观察组SSRS量表、PPQ量表各项得分均低于对照组,观察组QLQ-C30量表各项得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0。05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,MM化疗患者的社会支持、心理资本各个维度评分与生命质量各个维度评分之间呈负相关(P<0。05)。结论 MM化疗患者社会支持、心理资本、生命质量均处于较差水平,提升社会支持、心理资本有利于改善生命质量。
Correlation of Social Support,Psychological Capital and Quality of Life in Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy for Multiple Myeloma
Objective To investigate the correlation of social support,psychological capital and quality of life(QOL)in patients undergoing chemotherapy for multiple myeloma(MM).Methods 905 patients who underwent chemotherapy for MM from April 2018 to April 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 100 healthy indi-viduals were selected as the control group at the same time.The Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)scores,Positive Psycap Questionnaire(PPQ)scores,and European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30(QLQ-C30)scores of the two groups were compared.The correlation of the SSRS score,PPQ score,and QLQ-C30 score was discussed.Results There were 892 valid questionnaires in the observation group and 96 valid questionnaires in the control group.The SSRS score and PPQ score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the QLQ-C30 scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis found that social support scores and psychological capital scores were negatively correla-ted with QOL scores of patients undergoing chemotherapy for MM(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients undergoing chemotherapy for MM have poor social support,psychological capital and QOL.Improving social support and psy-chological capital is beneficial to improve the quality of life.
