营养健康信息过载、规避在大学生营养知识、态度与行为间的中介效应研究

目的 验证营养健康信息过载、规避在大学生营养知识、态度与行为间的中介效应,为营养健康教育提供理论依据。方法 采用营养健康信息规避问卷、营养信息过载问卷和营养知识-态度-行为量表,面向大学生开展问卷调查,共调查有效样本554例。运用Pearson相关分析法,分析营养健康信息过载等5个变量,通过Process组件、采用Bootstap法检验营养健康信息过载、规避在营养知识与态度、营养知识与行为中的中介效应。结果 营养知识、态度和行为的平均分为(5。36±2。78)分、(14。68±2。22)分和(35。74±4。96)分。营养知识正向预测营养态度与营养行为(r=0。275、0。285,P<0。01);营养健康信息规避负向预测营养态度与营养行为(r=-0。252、-0。274,P<0。01);在营养知识对营养态度与行为的作用机制中,营养健康信息规避具有单独中介效应,中介效应占总效应的比重分别为31。8%和17。9%,营养健康信息过载、规避具有链式中介效应,中介效应占总效应的比重分别为12。7%和7。1%。结论 医疗卫生机构应加强大学生的营养健康教育,减少营养健康信息规避的发生。
Research on the Mediating Effect of Nutritional Health Information Overload and Avoidance on Undergraduates'Nutrition Knowledge-attitude-practice
Objective Verifying the intermediary effect of nutritional health information overload and avoidance on College Students'nutrition knowledge,attitude and behavior in order to provide theoretical basis for nutrition and health education.Methods Using the nutrition and health information avoidance questionnaire,nutrition information overload questionnaire and nutrition knowledge attitude behavior scale,the online questionnaire was distributed to college undergraduates.Pearson correlation was used to analyze 5 variables such as nutrition information overload by.Through the process component and bootstrap method,the mediating effects of nutrition health information over-load and avoidance in nutrition knowledge and attitude,nutrition knowledge and behavior were tested.Results The results showed that nutrition knowledge score was(5.36±2.78),nutrition attitude score was(14.68±2.22),nutri-tion behavior score was(35.74±4.96),nutrition knowledge positively predicted nutrition attitude and nutrition be-havior(r=0.275,0.285,P<0.01);Nutrition and health information avoidance negatively predicted nutrition attitude and nutrition behavior(r=-0.252,-0.274,P<0.01);In the action mechanism of nutrition knowledge on nutrition at-titude and behavior,nutrition and health information avoidance had a separate intermediary effect,the proportion of intermediary effect in total effect was 31.8%and 17.9%respectively,and nutrition and health information overload and avoidance had a chain intermediary effect,the proportion of intermediary effect in total effect was 12.7%and 7.1%respectively.Conclusion Medical and health institutions should strengthen nutrition and health education and reduce the occurrence of avoidance of nutrition and health information.
