Analysis of Economic Operation Status of Primary Healthcare Institutions
Objective To investigate the economic operation of grassroots medical and health institutions in our country,and analyze the current status and distribution characteristics of assets,income,and expenses of grassroots medical and health institutions in different types and regions with varying levels of economic development.Methods The study designed a"National Survey Questionnaire on the Operation of Grassroots Medical and Health Institu-tions",applied a convenient sampling technique to gather relevant economic operational data from China's primary healthcare institutions spanning 2019 to 2021,and utilized descriptive,correlational,and comparative analysis me-thods to examine the acquired data.Results From 2019 to 2021,the growth rate of fiscal appropriations income in grassroots medical and health institutions exceeded the growth rate of medical income.The proportions of public health expenses and personnel expenses to total expenses showed an increasing trend year by year,with income growth rates lagging behind expense growth rates.During the epidemic period,indicators such as the asset-liability ratio and asset yield rate experienced minor fluctuations.Conclusion There is an observable phenomenon of regional development imbalance in the economic operation of primary healthcare institutions.The income structure calls for optimization,with the positive financial leverage effect being inconspicuous,and the professional competency of management personnel requiring enhancement.
