Investigation on the Current Situation of Social Psychological Service Ability and Professional Satisfaction of Community Workers
Objective To find out the current situation of social psychological service ability of community wor-kers in the new era and explore the training direction of social psychological service ability in the future.Methods From July 1 to July 30,2021,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 2 913 community workers from 14 streets and towns of Jing'an district,Shanghai.Results The contemporary community workers had poor knowledge and skills related to social and psychological service ability,with an average score of 11.29±6.33(out of 31 points),the overall awareness rate was 36.43％.Gender,job position or nature,education level and political outlook had signifi-cant impact on the total score of social psychological service ability(P＜0.001).Community workers who had higher education level,was Party members(including prospective),female and full-time had a higher awareness rate of social psychological service ability.Conclusion At present,the social psychological service ability of the community wor-kers team in Jing'an district,Shanghai can not meet the actual needs of grass-roots governance of a harmonious socie-ty in the new era,and relevant training needs to be strengthened.
