Qualitative Research on the Problems and Countermeasures Under the Background of Smart Hospitals Management Policies
Objective To analyze the main problems of hospital management in the construction of smart hospitals in China,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Methods The documents of hospital smart management were systematically retrieved.Based on the grounded theory,the included documents were coded and analyzed by NVivo.Results A total of 102 documents were included.Through tertiary coding,we obtain 22 initial categories,9 main categories,and 4 core categories,the problems in hospital smart management are attributed to four dimensions:environment,construction,resources,and operation.The external environment and cognition affect resource integra-tion,internal construction and operation effect,the efficiency of human,financial and material resource allocation in-teracts with the level of hospital informatization construction and system construction,which jointly affect the busi-ness management and operation and maintenance.Conclusion Under the guidance of policies,we should shape the concept of smart management,improve the top-level design of the hospital,further optimize the digital system,ex-plore the strategy of building an inter-disciplinary talent team,realize smart management of resources,and improve the wisdom of hospital operation and management based on the hospital digital transformation.
