摘要
近年来我国公立医院广泛开展多院区建设与管理实践,文章通过整理相关文献,对该领域作出较为全面的梳理和分析.我国公立医院多院区建立模式主要包括专科扩容型、兼并型、新建型三种,管理模式上主要遵循一体化管理模式,而一体化管理是多院区医疗服务同质化的重要基础.多院区管理实践中的问题主要存在于一体化管理,如组织架构不完善、信息管理成本较高、发展落后.目前已有大量多院区管理相关研究,但存在案例式分析过多、缺少效果对比型研究、一体化管理研究较浅等问题.因此,应精准细化职能部门设置,优化业务办理流程,加强信息化建设,并加强科学研究,以促进我国公立医院多院区管理高质量发展.
Abstract
In recent years,multi-hospital districts management have widely carried out in public hospitals in Chi-na.By collating relevant literature,this study made a relatively comprehensive sorting and analysis of this field.The establishment mode of multi-hospital districts mainly included three types:speciality expansion,incorporation and new-construction.Management of multi-hospital districts followed the integration management mode,which was an essential foundation for the homogenisation of medical services.Problems in the practice of multi-hospital districts management basically existed in the integrated management,such as imperfect organizational structure,high cost and backwardness of information management.As for the research status on multi-hospital districts management,a large number of studies had been conducted,but problems existed,including overwhelming case-based analyses,lacking studies on effect comparison,and shallow research on integrated management.Therefore,to promote the high-quality development of multi-hospital districts management in China's public hospitals,the setting of functional departments should be accurately refined,the business handling process should be optimized,the construction of information should be strengthened,and scientific research should be intensified.
