摘要
对儿童友好型医院的基本内涵、政策背景、现状和存在问题进行梳理,分析其与公立医院高质量发展的相互关系,并从公立医院高质量发展视角出发,就儿童友好型医院建设提出加强政策指引和效果评价、创新医疗服务模式、强化医院组织管理、构建儿童友好文化以及建立健全支撑体系等建议.
Abstract
This study sorted out the basic connotation,policy background,current situation and existing problems of child-friendly hospitals,and analyzed the interrelationship between them and the high-quality development of pub-lic hospitals.From the perspective of high-quality development of public hospitals,suggestions were put forward on the construction path of child-friendly hospitals:for example,to strengthen policy guidance and effect evaluation,to innovate medical service models,to strengthen hospital organization and management,to build a child-friendly cul-ture,and to establish and improve the support system.
