摘要
叙事医学是医务人员运用各种叙事模式方法去理解患者的疾痛、增加同身感受,弥合医务人员在诊治疾病过程中与同事、患者及其家属和社会之间的分歧,营造尊重、共情和有人文关怀的医患和谐医疗环境,其根本目的就是关怀生命、敬畏生命,使患者在就医过程中感受到人性关怀,展现出医务人员的人文精神.安宁疗护是以患者及其家庭为中心,致力于有效减轻患者身心痛苦,并根据其需求、价值观、信念提供心理、社会和灵性照护.安宁疗护目标就是既不加速也不推迟终末期病人死亡,使其舒适、平静和有尊严地离世.两者的目标都是关怀生命、敬畏生命,在医疗过程中彰显医务人员的人性光辉,因此,叙事医学的适宜方式和路径可以提高安宁疗护质量.
Abstract
Narrative medicine was a process in which medical staff used various narrative modes to understand pa-tients pain and illness,increase the feeling of unity,bridge the differences between medical staff and colleagues,pa-tients and their families and the society in the process of diagnosing and treating diseases,and create a harmonious medical environment for doctors and patients with respect,empathy and humanistic care.Its fundamental purpose was to care for life,fear life,make patients feel the human care in the process of medical treatment,show the humani-stic spirit of medical staff.Hospice care was centered on the patient and his/her family,and was dedicated to the ef-fective relief of the patient's physical and mental suffering,as well as the provision of psychological,social and spiri-tual care in accordance with his/her needs,values and beliefs.The goal of hospice care was to allow terminally ill pa-tients to die comfortably,peacefully and with dignity,without hastening or delaying their death.The goal of both was to care for and revere life,and highlight the humanity of medical staff in the medical process.Therefore,various modes and methods of narrative medicine cloud improve the quality of palliative care.
