专家视角下青年医师科研开展影响因素分析——基于扎根理论的方法

摘要
目的 分析青年医师科研开展的影响因素及其作用机制,为促进青年医师科研能力提升提供建议及参考.方法 采用目的抽样方法于2023年2-8月对江苏省10家三甲公立医院的35位专家以面对面半结构化方式进行深度访谈,采用扎根理论分析范式对访谈资料进行质性分析归纳.结果 经三级编码分析,梳理出76条概念、20条范畴和5个主范畴,获得了以科研能力、科研认知、环境支持、环境驱使、科研情感为核心的青年医师科研开展影响因素模型及其作用机制.结论 应更加注重青年医师创新思维等综合科研能力的培养,打造更有效的外部支持环境,完善科研压力机制,加强科研认知教育,提升其科研情感,更好地促进青年医师科研开展.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors and mechanism of young doctors'scientific research,and put forward suggestions.Methods A total of 35 experts were interviewed in semi-structured interviews from Feb-ruary 2023 to August 2023,and the interview materials were qualitatively analyzed by grounded theory.Results 76 concepts,20 categories and 5 main categories were sorted out through three-level coding.The young doctors'scienti-fic research factor model was formed with the scientific research skills,scientific research cognition,environmental support,environmental driving,and scientific research emotion.Conclusion In order to better promote the scientific research of young doctors,it is necessary to pay more attention to the cultivation of their comprehensive scientific re-search abilities,create a positive research atmosphere,improve the incentive and constraint system for scientific re-search,strengthen scientific research cognitive education,and enhance their research emotions.
