叙事医学视域下全科医学专业型研究生人文素养提升策略分析

摘要
全科医学专业型研究生作为高层次全科医师的储备力量,其人文素养将直接影响基层医疗长期稳定的服务质量.通过结合叙事医学的内涵及临床应用,分析全科医学专业型研究生的培养现状,综合提出将叙事医学应用于全科医学专业型研究生人文素养培养的具体实施策略.旨在将叙事医学理念渗透到全科医学专业型研究生的培养中,为提升全科医学专业型研究生的人文素养提供新的视角,还可在一定程度上改变我国基层医疗全科医师队伍质量不高的现状.
Abstract
Postgraduates with professional degrees are the reserve of high-level general practitioners.Their hu-manistic quality will directly affect the level of primary medical care.By analyzing the current situation of the cultiva-tion of professional postgraduates in general practice and combining the clinical application of narrative medicine,we propose that narrative medicine should be used to cultivate the humanistic quality of general practice postgradu-ate.The application of narrative medicine in the training of specialized postgraduates in general practice may be bene-ficial to improve the humanistic quality of general practitioners in China.
