摘要
在突发公共卫生事件背景下,医务人员的工作压力与日俱增,心理负面事件常有报道,医务人员的职业倦怠成为社会关注的热点.基层医务人员作为疫情防控的关键力量,对其关注较少.从常用职业倦怠量表及基层医务人员的倦怠检出率、国内研究的现状及影响因素、职业倦怠对医务人员的危害及职业倦怠的预防策略四个方面进行综述,以促进卫生人力资源的可持续开发.
Abstract
In the context of the public health emergency,the work pressure of medical personnel is gradually in-creasing,negative psychological incidents are reported,and burnout has become a hot spot of social concern.As the key to epidemic prevention and control,less attention has been paid to primary health care workers.This article re-views the common scales and the detection rate of job burnout of primary medical staff,the focus of domestic re-search,the harm of job burnout to medical staff and the prevention strategy of job burnout,so as to provide a basis for the sustainable development of health human resources.
