Study on the Epidemiological Characteristics and Risk Factors of Allergic Diseases in Infants Aged 0~24 Months
Objective In order to provide theoretical basis for the intervention of allergic diseases,by analyzing the related risk factors and epidemiological characteristics of allergic diseases among children aged 0-24 months. Methods From September 2020 to December 2021,the parents of children aged 0-24 months who went to the community health service institutions to carry out physical examination were selected in Longhua district,Shenzhen.A question-naire survey was conducted to collect the data of allergic diseases.Chi-square square, ttest and binomial logistic re-gression were used to analyze the data. The epidemiological characteristics and risk factors of allergic diseases were analyzed. Results A total of 377 children were collected, including 190 males and 187 females. There were 70 infants with diagnosed allergic diseases in the past, accounting for 18.57%.Univariate and multivariate analysis showed that allergic history of mother(OR=3.338,95%CI:1.301-8.563),house decoration(OR=4.774,95%CI:1.014-22.479),probiotics supplementation in infants(OR=2.051,95%CI:1.061~3.964),and high pressure during preg-nancy(OR=2.073,95%CI:1.132-3.798)were the risk factors of allergic diseases in infants(P<0.05).While probiotics supplementation during pregnancy(OR=0.422,95%CI:0.194-0.921)was the protective factor of allergic diseases in infants(P<0.05).Conclusion The prevalence of allergic diseases in infants aged 0-24 months is high in Longhua district of Shenzhen. It is recommended that mothers should avoid exposure to the decoration environment during pregnancy, reduce the occurrence of diseases, maintain a good attitude, and take probiotics appropriately during pregnancy,so as to reduce the occurrence of allergic diseases in infants.
