Although China has won the battle against poverty,there is still a serious problem of people who have been lifted out of poverty due to illness or disability.This study first used SWOT analysis to analyze the internal ad-vantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats of the development of healthy poverty alleviation,and then combined four characteristics of the dissipative structure to analyze the healthy poverty alleviation system:open-ness,far-from-equilibrium,non-linear action,and fluctuation.Finally,SWOT analysis and dissipative structure theory were combined to find a healthy poverty alleviation development path.
