摘要
公立医院高质量发展离不开党建引领.为避免党建在引领发展中角色定位不清、路径抓手不实、实践效果不佳等问题,公立医院党委要在机制构建上转变思路、加强探索.以中部地区某三甲公立医院为例,系统阐述了医院党委在组织行为学原理范式下,在价值观引领、组织决策、领导力、团队建设、激励机制、可信度建立、组织文化建设等方面的具体举措,提供了公立医院把党的政治、组织优势转化为高质量发展引擎的实践蓝本,为我国公立医院党建业务相融合、实现高质量发展提供借鉴.
Abstract
High-quality development of public hospitals cannot be separated from the guidance of Party buil-ding.To avoid problems of unclear role positioning,ineffective path setting or poor practice of the Party in leading high-quality development,Party Committees of public hospitals should change the thoughts and strengthen explora-tion in mechanism construction.Based on the practice of the Party Committee of a tertiary public hospital in central China,the article systematically elaborated the specific measures taken by the hospital in the paradigm of organiza-tional behavior principle,in terms of value guidance,decision-making,leadership,team building,incentive mechanism,credibility establishment and organizational culture.It provides a practical blueprint for public hospitals to effectively transform Party's political and organizational advantages into an endogenous momentum for high-quality develop-ment,which is expected to provide reference for the integration of Party-building and high-quality development of public hospitals in China.
