摘要
对我国社区居家康复人力资源配置现况进行阐述,并与国外配置资源进行对比分析,发现现阶段我国社区居家康复存在人力资源数量不足、种类稀少、专业化程度不高、中西医融合不良、人才流失严重等问题.提出完善培养体系、建立跨学科服务团队、改善服务人员资质认证机制和激励机制等措施,以推动我国居家康复服务高质量发展.
Abstract
This paper focused on the current situation of the allocation of human resources for home based rehabili-tation in China,and its comparative analysis with foreign resources.There existed problems such as insufficient num-ber of human resources,lacking of types,low degree of specialization,poor integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine,serious brain drain and so on in our country at the present stage.Propose measures such as impro-ving the training system,establishing interdisciplinary service teams,enhancing the qualification certification and in-centive mechanisms for service personnel,in order to promote the vigorous development of home-based rehabilitation services in China.
