Analysis of Grey Correlation Degree and Trend Prediction of Personal Health Expenditure in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region
Objective To analyze the changes of personal health expenditure and its influencing factors in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and to provide reference for the reform of health financing in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Re-gion.Methods The grey correlation analysis method was used to study the influencing factors of personal health expendi-ture in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and the ARIMA model and gray prediction method were used to predict perso-nal health expenditure in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Results The per capita personal health expenditure and Out-of-pocket payment(OOP)in the total health expenditure in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were higher than the national level.The number of beds in medical institutions in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region correlates the most with personal health expenditure.The grey and ARIMA models both predict that hygiene spending will increase year by year.Conclusion It is suggested to increase government investment in the health sector to reduce the financial burden of pa-tients'medical care,to increase the reimbursement of patients hospitalization,and focus on the rational allocation of health re-sources.The development of grassroots medical and health institutions should be promoted and the balanced allocation of health resources needs to be ensured.Personal health expenditure should be dialectically understood and residents'health needs with the growth of medical expenses should be balanced.
