High-level hospitals play an important role in scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation.However,because the process of clinical research and achievement transformation is affected by mul-tiple factors such as process,funding and platform,the achievement transformation rate is relatively low.This article comprehensively analyzes the current situation of clinical research and achievement transformation in high-level hos-pitals,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of scientific research autonomy,salary in-centive,ownership of scientific and technological achievements and distribution of income use in view of key issues.
