摘要

在口腔专科医院中,由于其门诊分科细致、流程繁多,以及治疗复杂等独特的专科特性,患者满意度受相关因素影响而与综合性医院口腔门诊存在差异.文章在提升患者满意度对改善口腔门诊服务质量的重要性及当前口腔专科门诊所面临的挑战进行分析,并针对性地提出了提升口腔门诊患者满意度的策略.

Abstract

Due to its unique specialty characteristics,meticulous division,numerous procedures and complex treat-ment,the factors affecting patient satisfaction in the outpatient setting of the stomatology department are different from those in general hospitals.This paper analyzed the importance of improving patient satisfaction to improve the quality of oral outpatient service,as well as the challenges faced by the current stomatological outpatient service,and put forward strategies to improve the satisfaction of oral outpatient patients.
