DRGs医保支付方式下医务人员收入分配方式优化研究

目的 在诊断相关分组(diagnosis relate groups,DRGs)医保支付方式改革背景下,探索建立能够更加合理体现医务人员劳务价值的收入分配方式.方法 基于相关文献,从机制和技术两个层面分析DRGs医保支付方式优势,并开展实践探索新的分配方式.结果 基于DRGs医保支付方式,利用相对权重(RW)和病例组合指数(CMI),提出三种分配方式:基于RW分级、基于单位RW点值、CMI差距判断标准.结论 以上三种收入分配方式或许能够更加合理体现医务人员劳务价值,同时为医务人员年薪制设计提供有益尝试.
Research on Optimizing Medical Personnel's Income Distribution under the DRGs Medical Insurance Payment Mode
Objective To explore the establishment of a more reasonable income distribution mode that can reflect the value of medical staff's services under the background of the reform of diagnosis relate groups(DRGs)medical in-surance payment mode.Methods Based on related literature,the advantages of DRGs medical insurance payment method were analyzed from two aspects of mechanism and technology,and new distribution methods were explored in practice.Results Based on DRGs medical insurance payment method,using relative weight(RW)and case mix in-dex(CMI),three distribution methods were put forward:based on RW classification,based on unit RW point value,and CMI gap judgment standard.Conclusion These three types of income distribution may better reflect the value of medical staff's work,and this study also provides a useful attempt for the design of annual salary system for medical staff.
