Analysis of the Coupled Supply and Demand Coordination of Traditional Chinese Medicine Human Resources in Provinces along"the Belt and Road"
Objective To master the coupling and coordination between supply and demand of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)human resources in provinces along the"the Belt and Road",and promote the coordinated develop-ment of the two systems.Methods The comprehensive index of supply and demand of TCM human resources was calculated,and the coordination degree of supply and demand of TCM human resources was analyzed by using the coupling coordination model.Results The overall supply level of TCM human resources in the provinces along the"the Belt and Road"was higher than the demand level;the difference of coordination type between regions is small;there were significant differences in coordination types within regions.Conclusion The coordination of supply and demand coupling of TCM human resources in provinces along"the Belt and Road"needs to be improved.To realize the two-way coupling of regional TCM human resources supply and demand,the management of dominant diseases of TCM should be strengthened,and the allocation of human resources of TCM should be optimized;the path for resi-dents to obtain health information should be expanded;the exchanges and cooperation of TCM disciplines with coun-tries along the"Belt and Road"should be deepened.
