目的 对新疆基层医务人员继续医学教育(continuing medical education，CME)的参与情况进行调查和分析，为今后基层综合医院继续医学教育规范化培训提供参考依据。方法 于2023年11-12月对新疆四个地区20家二级及以上综合医院的1 107名医务人员进行问卷调查，并对其中8名医务人员进行面对面访谈。结果 2021-2023年参加过CME的医务人员有933名(84。3％);141名(12。7％)医务人员认为没必要参加CME。临床实践是医务人员最期望的授课方式，其次为专题讨论与学术讲座。CME的满意度得分为(3。89±0。61)分，其中二级综合医院医务人员满意度得分为(3。85±0。63)分，较三级医务人员的(3。97±0。56)分低(P＜0。05)。面对面访谈结果显示，医务人员参与CME的主要原因为自身及医院发展需求，形式以集中讲座为主，内容主要为新知识，时间大多安排在工作时间，授课老师以上级医院及下沉专家为主;课程内容单调及没有时间为影响CME效果的主要因素。结论 新疆医务人员CME整体情况较好，但仍有部分医务人员对CME持消极态度，现状及需求之间存在一定差距，建议加强继续医学教育监管机制，以需求为导向，通过丰富继续教育模式，加大继续教育帮扶，从而提升教育满意度及成效。
Analysis of the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Continuing Medical Education for Grassroots Medical Staff in Xinjiang
Objective To investigate the participation of Continuing medical education(CME)among medical staff in Xinjiang,so as to provide reference for improving the standard of CME.Methods A questionnaire was used to in-vestigate the medical staff in 20 general hospitals of Grade Ⅱ and above in four regions of Xinjiang from Nov to Dec 2023,and face-to-face interviews were conducted with 8 of the medical staff.Results A total of 933(84.3％)medical staff had participated in CME in the past three years(2021-2023),and 141(12.7％)medical staff believed it was un-necessary to participate in CME.Clinical practice was the most desired teaching method for medical staff,followed by special discussion and academic lectures.The satisfaction score of CME was(3.89±0.61),where the satisfaction score of medical staff in secondary general hospitals was(3.85±0.63),which was lower than that of medical staff in tertiary hospitals(3.97±0.56)(P＜0.05).The results of the face-to-face interviews showed that medical staff participated in CME mainly because of their own and hospital development needs,the form to focus on lectures,the content mainly for new knowledge,most of the education time were arranged in working hours.The main factors in-fluencing the effect of CME were monotonous courses and no time.Conclusion The status quo of CME in Xinjiang is good,but some medical staff still hold a negative attitude towards CME,and there is a certain gap between the cur-rent situation and needs.It is suggested that the general hospitals should strengthen the regulatory mechanism for CME,adopt a demand-oriented approach,enrich the CME model,and increase the continuous support to enhance the satisfaction and effectiveness of CME.
