Burnout among Nurses at Home and Abroad:A Literature Review
At present, the incidence of job burnout of nurses at home and abroad is high, which leads to the de-crease of their work efficiency and the lack of attention when dealing with patients, which seriously affects the quality of medical service.Nowadays, most of the related studies in China use survey data from small samples and some areas to analyze the influencing factors, while there are few survey data with strict quality control in large samples and multi-areas.As a result, the related research on nurses'job burnout lacks credibility and universality,so there is an urgent need for omni-directional and multi-angle analysis and research to improve the attention of relevant circles to nurses'job burnout.By integrating the main theoretical achievements of job burnout, this paper systematically combed the concept, current situation, development and choice of measurement methods, research status and research gaps of job burnout, summarized and prospected the research status of nurses'job burnout at home and abroad, and tried to sort out the research direction, investigation and analysis of job burnout,so as to provide clear guidance for the selection of the scale.
