目的 通过Meta整合探讨脑卒中患者延迟就医的相关因素。方法 检索PubMed、Web of Science、Em-base、The Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方、维普及中国生物医学数据库中有关脑卒中患者延迟就医的质性研究，检索时限为建库至2022年7月。采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准对文献进行评价，并运用汇集性整合方法对文献进行归纳。结果 共纳入12篇文献，提取出63个主题，归纳成8个类别，得到2个整合结果:个人因素、环境因素。结论 脑卒中患者延迟就医受患者本身及其外部环境等多方面影响。促进脑卒中患者积极就医，不仅需考虑个人因素的作用，还应重视对外部环境的改善。
Factors Associated with Delayed Hospitalization in Stroke Patients:A Systematic Review of Qualitative Studies
Objective To explore the related factors of delayed medical treatment in stroke patients through meta integration.Methods Databases including PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,The Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wan-fang,VIP and CBM were searched to include all qualitative studies on medical delay of stroke patients.The search time was from the establishment of the database to May 2022.JBI Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies in Australia was used to evaluate the quality of included studies,and meta-synthesis was used to integrate re-sults.Results A total of 12 literatures were included,and 63 results were extracted.After induction,8 new catego-ries were formed,and 2 integrated results were obtained:personal factor and environmental factor.Conclusion The occurrence of delayed medical treatment in stroke patients is influenced by patients themselves and their external en-vironment.To promote active medical treatment for stroke patients,it is not only necessary to consider the role of in-dividual factors,but also to pay attention to the improvement of the external environment.
