摘要

环境化学污染物的参考剂量是制定环境基准及环境质量标准的基础,也是环境健康风险评估、化学品风险管理和环境健康管理的重要依据.《环境化学污染物参考剂量推导技术指南》(WS/T 10006-2023)提供了以保护人体健康为目标的环境化学污染物参考剂量推导的程序、方法步骤和技术内容的指导.本文对该技术指南的制定背景、编制原则、主要内容及使用注意事项进行解读和说明.

Abstract

The reference dose of environmental chemical pollutants is not only the basis for setting environmental criteria and qual-ity standards,but also the foundation for environmental health risk assessment,risk management of chemicals,and environmental health management.The Technical Guidance for Deriving Reference Dose of Environmental Chemical Pollutants(WS/T 10006-2023)is a document that provides guidance on the process,methods,and technical contents for deriving the reference dose of environmental chemical pollutants with the goal of safeguarding human health.This article aims to interpret and explain the background,principles,main contents,and precautions for the use of this technical guidance.
