摘要
经过多年的发展,我国在化妆品不良反应监测领域已经建立了较为完善的法律法规体系、人才队伍、标准制定、信息系统和监管支持体系.国家化妆品不良反应监测评价基地作为监测体系中的重要组成部分,承担化妆品不良反应监测、评价、研究和技术指导等有关工作.本文介绍我国国家化妆品不良反应监测评价基地的产生背景和发展现状,并提出发展设想.
Abstract
After years of development,China has already established a relatively comprehensive system for monitoring adverse re-actions related to cosmetics,including laws and regulations,talents,standard establishment,information system,and regulation sup-port system.As an important part of the monitoring system,the National Cosmetic Adverse Reaction Monitoring and Evaluation Base is responsible for cosmetic adverse reaction monitoring,evaluation,research,and technical guidance.This paper summarizes the back-ground,current status,and proposes development conception of the National Cosmetic Adverse Reaction Monitoring and Evaluation Base in China.
