视网膜周边离焦学说目前为近视防控主流学说.基于视网膜周边远视离焦技术(角膜塑形镜、离焦软镜、离焦框架眼镜等)皆在降低视网膜远视离焦控制近视增长,且在临床上取得了较好的防控效果.基于视网膜周边离焦学说,我国自主研发的多光谱屈光地形图(multispectral refrac-tive topography,MRT)能实现视网膜远视离焦的量化,这一突破性技术再次验证了视网膜周边离焦学说是近视防控重点.本文针对视网膜周边离焦应用及进展进行综述.(国际眼科纵览,2024,48:51-55)
Advances in the study of retinal peripheral defocusing theory
The theory of peripheral retinal defocus is currently the mainstream theory for myopia pre-vention and control.Based on the retinal peripheral defocus technology,there are orthokeratology,defocus soft lenses,defocus frame glasses,etc.,all of which are in the process of lowering retinal defocus to control the growth of myopia,and they have achieved a better effect for myopia prevention and control.Based on the theory of retinal peripheral defocus,our independently developed multispectral refractive topography(MRT)can quantify the retinal hyperopic defocus,and this breakthrough technology once again verifies that retinal peripheral defocus is the focus of myopia prevention and control.In this article,we review the application and progress of retinal peripheral defocus.(Int Rev Ophthalmol,2024,48:51-55)
