摘要
目的 探索国内关于中医药治疗葡萄膜炎的研究现状、趋势与热点.方法 通过运用数据分析软件CiteSpace 6.1R6对中国知网(CNKI)中1955年12月27日至2022年12月31日的学术期刊进行计量学分析.结果 筛选后纳入514篇文献.该研究领域发文量整体呈上升趋势,近两年处于平台期.该领域形成了以郝小波与毕宏生为中心的核心作者团体.研究热点为中医药替代或配合糖皮质激素药物治疗以减少副作用;新型中医治疗方式如中药熏蒸、穴位埋线;中医药治疗对免疫机制的影响.结论 中医药治疗葡萄膜炎领域发展处于稳步前进阶段,侧重临床观察,缺乏基础实验研究.基础理论与机制研究仍在发展阶段.国内机构探索中医药治疗葡萄膜炎需进一步加强合作深入研究.(国际眼科纵览,2024,48:75-80,封Ⅲ)
Abstract
Objective To explore the current research situation,trends,and hotspots of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of uveitis in China.Methods This study conducted a quantitative analysis of academic journals on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from December 27,1955 to De-cember 31,2022 using the data analysis software CiteSpace 6.1R6.Results After screening,514 articles were included.The statistical analysis of annual publication volume showed an overall upward trend in this research area and a plateau in the last two years.This field has formed a close core writer group centered on Hao Xiaobo and Bi Hongsheng.The research hotspots include the substitution or combination of traditional Chinese medicine with hormone drugs to reduce side effects,new traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods such as traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and acupoint catgut embedding,and the impact of traditional Chinese medicine treatment on immune mechanisms.Conclusion The development of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of uveitis is in a steady progress stage,focusing on clinical observation,lacking basic experimental research,and basic theory and mechanism research are still in the development stage.Scholars and institutions in China need to further strengthen cooperation and in-depth research to ex-plore new areas of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for uveitis.(Int Rev Ophthalmol,2024,48:75-80,Cover Ⅲ)
