环孢素在围手术期干眼症防治中的研究进展

摘要
干眼症是一种常见的多因素眼表疾病,与眼表炎症、泪膜不稳定等有关.近年来,大量研究表明围手术期用药、手术创伤、患者自身因素、术后炎性反应等与围手术期干眼症相关.环孢素可选择性地调节T细胞,保护杯状细胞与结膜上皮细胞并促进泪液分泌,从而有效缓解患者干眼症状,提高手术精确度与患者满意度.目前环孢素已被广泛应用于围手术期干眼症的临床治疗中,并取得良好效果.(国际眼科纵览,2024,48:103-108)
Abstract
Dry eye disease(DED)is a multifactorial and prevalent disease associated with ocular surface inflammation and impaired lubrication.In recent years,numerous studies have demonstrated that perioperative pharmacological use,surgical trauma,individual factors,and postoperative inflammatory re-sponses are associated with postoperative DED.Cyclosporine selectively regulates T cells,protecting goblet cells and conjunctival epithelial cells while promoting tear secretion.As a result,it effectively alleviates dry eye symptoms in patients,improving the precision of surgeries and patient satisfaction.Currently,cyclospo-rine is widely used in the clinical treatment of perioperative dry eye,achieving favorable outcomes.(Int Rev Ophthalmol,2024,48:103-108)
