通过对人工晶状体(intraocular lens,IOL)表面进行改性可有效降低与白内障手术相关的眼内炎和术后感染的风险.根据IOL改性的效应材料,可以将IOL表面改性分为药物负载和非药物负载改性两大类.药物负载的IOL表面改性可通过"涂层",如临界流体浸渍、聚合物/药物化学涂层技术及"浸泡"的方式来实现,将莫西沙星等抗生素负载于IOL表面,以预防眼内炎.对疏水性IOL进行表面亲水性修饰改性,抑制晶状体上皮细胞的黏附可预防后发障和眼内炎的发生.(国际眼科纵览,2024,48:411-415)
Surface modification of intraocular lenses for the prevention and treatment of endophthalmitis
The surface modification of intraocular lens(IOL)can effectively reduce the risk of en-dophthalmitis and postoperative infection associated with cataract surgery.According to the effect materials modified by IOL,the surface modification of IOL can be divided into two categories,drug loading and non-drug loading modification.Drug-loaded IOL surface modification can be achieved by"coating",such as crit-ical fluid impregnation,polymer/pharmaceutical chemical coating technology and"immersion".Antibiotics such as moxifloxacin are loaded on the surface of IOL to prevent endophthalmitis.Surface hydrophilic modifi-cation of hydrophobic IOL to inhibit the adhesion of lens epithelial cells can prevent the occurrence of after-cataract and endophthalmitis.(Int Rev Ophthalmol,2024,48:411-415)
