目的 研究在冠状动脉多层螺旋CT成像中,应用MinDose技术,在不影响图像质量前提下,有效减少的辐射剂量.方法 患者分为A、B2组,分别行常规和MinDose技术冠状动脉成像,对检查产生的辐射和图像质量进行对比分析.结果 2组患者心率均控制在70 次/min或以下.应用MinDose技术冠状动脉成像检查,与常规扫描技术相比,患者接受的辐射计量降低62%,图像质量无明显差异,均能满足诊断要求(P>0.05).结论 心率控制在70 次/min以下的冠状动脉CT检查患者,应用MinDose技术可在保证图像质量的前提下,有效减少辐射剂量.
Application of MinDose technique in coronary multislice CT angiography
Objective To explore the radiation dose and image quality with MinDose technique in coronary multislice CT angiography(CCTA)in contrast with routine CCTA.Methods Patients were divided into two groups and received coronary angiography performed with MinDose technique and routine technique,respectively.The radiation dose and image quality were analyzed.Results The heart rate(HR)of patients in both groups was controlled to be ≤ 70 beats/min.Compared with the routine technique group,in the MinDose technique group,the radiation dose of CCTA was reduced by 62%,while there was no significant difference in the image quality between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with HR controlled below 70 beats/min,application of MinDose technique for CCTA can reduce the radiation dose but still produce similar image quality as the routine technique.
