Clinical study of real-time guidance of oblique angleneedle in pleural puncture and biopsy
Objective To study the clinical value of real-time guided oblique needle entry in transsphenoidal biopsy. Methods Group A was treated with color Doppler ultrasonography, and group B was treated with traditional body surface puncture. The incidence of complications such as pneumothorax and diaphragm injury in group A and group B was significantly higher than that in group A and group B,Pleural puncture hit rate, hospital stay and nursing satisfaction. Results The complication rate of group A(3%)was significantly lower than that of group B(23%).The positive rate of group A(96%)was significantly higher than that of group B(72%);Nursing satisfaction(99%)was significantly higher than that of group B,while hospitalization time(7.2±3.25)d was significantly less than that of group B,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of color doppler ultrasound in the pleural biopsy can improve the success rate of the biopsy of the pleural lesions and the coincidence rate of pathology,to guide the clinical symptomatic treatment, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the economic burden and mental stress,Improve clinical efficacy, can further improve my Gannan region involved in ultrasound and clinical treatment level,it is recommended.
