The application of color Doppler ultrasound in patientswith emergency and severe diseases
Objective To explore the applicative value of deep vein puncture catheter under the guidance of color Doppler ultrasound in the treatment of patients with emergency and severe diseases. Methods A total of 86 patients with emergency and severe diseases admitted during June 2015 and June 2016 were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 43 cases in either group.Patients in the ultrasound group received deep vein puncture under the guidance of color Doppler ultrasound, while patients in the control group received deep vein puncture with traditional surface anatomy. The complications, success rate, and cathetering time of the two groups were compared. Results In the ultrasonic and control group, the cathetering time for jugular vein and femoral vein was [(98.5±35.7)vs.(436.6±158.7)s],[(105.5±46.7)vs.(536.5±198.4)s],with significant differences(P<0.05);the success rate for jugular vein and femoral vein was 97.22%vs.48.72%,100%vs.25.0%,with significant differences(P<0.05);the complication rate for jugular vein and femoral vein was 0 vs 10.26,0 vs.25.0,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is effective in the treatment of patients with emergency and critical diseases. It can improve the success rate of deep vein puncture and decrease incidence of complications.
