Effect of humanization nursing intervention on the conditionand nursing quality of patients with blood purification
Objective Discuss the effect of humanization nursing intervention on the condition and nursing quality of patients with blood purification.Methods 82 patients needed blood purification were selected,they were divided into two groups according to odd and even number of hospitalization.The control group(41 cases)was given regular nursing.The observation group(41 cases)was given humanization nursing intervention.The effect of humanization nursing intervention on the condition and prognosis of patients with blood purification was evaluated by anxiety,depression,complications during nursing and the quality of nursing care.Results Before nursing,the SAS and SDS score had no significant difference(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group.In the control group,the SAS and SDS score had no significant difference before and after nursing(P>0.05).During nursing,the nursing complaints of the observation group was 0％,lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores assessed by patients were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).During nursing,total complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The holistic nursing intervention is beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients.It can significantly improve the negative emotions of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications during nursing with high satisfied.It is worthy of clinical use.
