The clinical efficacy of supportive care intervention onschizophrenia at recovery stage
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of supportive care intervention on schizophrenia at recovery stage.Methods A total of 122 cases with schizophrenia at recovery stage treated during Jan.2014 and Dec.2016 in our hospital were enrolled and divided into 2 groups according into the time of admission.The control group received daily life guidance,and the observation group received supportive care intervention.The BPRS and SDSS scores in the two groups before and after intervention,and the SCL-90 score after intervention were observed.Results The anxiety,depression,lack of energy,thinking disorder,irritability,hostile suspicion scores in the two groups were lower after treatment,and those were much lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The somatization,force,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety and paranoia scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SDSS scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Supportive care intervention can improve the self-acceptance level and social function in patients with schizophrenia,which is worth of clinical promotion.
