Efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly patients with severe pneumonia
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 150 elderly patients with severe pneumonia treated during Jan.2014 and Dec.2016 were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group and control group.The control group received conventional intervention,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy,life quality and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The efficacy was 90.67%(68/75)and 74.67%(56/75)of the observation group and control group(P<0.05).The body,emotion,role and social functions of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction was 96.00%(72/75)and 82.67%(62/75)of the observation group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in the treatment of elderly patients with severe pneumonia has obviously nursing efficacy,which can improve the clinical efficacy,nursing satisfaction and life quality of patients.
