综合护理干预对老年重症肺炎患者的护理效果评价

目的 研究综合护理干预对老年重症肺炎患者的护理效果.方法 选择2014年1月-2016年12月在本院进行诊治的老年重症肺炎患者150例,随机分为观察组(75例)及对照组(75例).对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用综合护理干预,比较2组的临床治疗效果,生活质量情况以及护理满意度.结果 观察组的有效率为90.67％(68/75),明显高于对照组的74.67％(56/75),P<0.05;观察组的躯体功能、情绪功能、角色功能和社会功能评分均明显高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组的护理满意度为96.00％(72/75),明显高于对照组的82.67％(62/75),P<0.05.结论综合护理干预对老年重症肺炎患者护理效果显著,可以提高临床治疗效果和护理满意度,并且改善患者的生活质量.
Efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly patients with severe pneumonia
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 150 elderly patients with severe pneumonia treated during Jan.2014 and Dec.2016 were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group and control group.The control group received conventional intervention,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy,life quality and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The efficacy was 90.67％(68/75)and 74.67％(56/75)of the observation group and control group(P<0.05).The body,emotion,role and social functions of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction was 96.00％(72/75)and 82.67％(62/75)of the observation group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in the treatment of elderly patients with severe pneumonia has obviously nursing efficacy,which can improve the clinical efficacy,nursing satisfaction and life quality of patients.
