低温等离子体处理哺乳动物细胞和活体组织的研究进展和关键问题

大气压低温等离子体(low temperature plasma,LTP)在生物医学领域的应用获得了飞速的发展,从对无生命物体(医疗器械、食品、空气、污水等)的消毒发展到对活体组织消毒和疾病的治疗.本文阐述了LTP对体外培养的哺乳动物细胞生物学特性的影响、对活体组织的消毒、对活体创伤的修复、对皮肤病、口腔疾病及肿瘤的治疗的研究进展,并提出了目前LTP在生物医学领域应用面临的关键问题,以期促进相关的研究工作.
Research progress and key problems in low temperature plasmatreating mammalian cells and living tissues
The progress has been gained greatly in application of atmospheric low temperature plasma (LTP) in biomedicine field, which has been developing from the disinfection of non-living objects (medical devices, food, air, waste water, etc.) to the disinfection of living tissues and the treatment of diseases.In this paper, the research advances of LTP were reviewed, including effects of LTP on biological characteristics of mammalian cells, disinfection of LTP on living tissues, promotion effect of LTP on wound repair, the therapeutic effect of LTP on skin, oral disease and tumors.Moreover, the key problems encountered during the present application of LTP in biomedicine field were summarized in order to provide reference for relevant researches.
