An analysis of the monitoring results of human brucellosis in1995-2016 in Ganzhou District of Zhangye City
Objective To investigate the epidemic trend of human brucellosis in Ganzhou District of Zhangye City, so as to formulate scientific and effective prevention measures.Methods In accordance with the requirements of "The Standard of Brucellosis Monitoring" and "The Monitoring program of Human Brucella in Gansu Province", an epidemiological and serological surveillance was conducted among people with occupational exposure.Results During the monitoring period, the positive rate of brucella was 0%~2.35%, averaged 0.86%.The high-risk population of brucellosis was people in the breeding and butcher industries and vets.The prevalence of human brucellosis remained low, but there was a significant increase after 2013.Conclusion According to the continuous monitoring of 21 years, the epidemic situation remained relatively stable, but has fluctuated in recent years.we must continue strengthening health education, strengthen monitoring in key areas.
