目的 了解古浪县0~6 岁儿童生长发育和营养状况,为促进儿童生长发育提供科学依据. 方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法,在古浪县抽取300名6岁以下儿童进行体检,参照世界卫生组织儿童身高、体质量参考值及评价标准测定研究对象的身高和体质量,并采用氰化高铁法测定儿童的血红蛋白浓度.结果 古浪县6岁以下儿童身高发育迟缓率为15%,其中男孩为16.19%,女孩为13.39%;体质量发育迟缓率为6.33%,其中男孩为2.89%,女孩为1102%;贫血率为4.0%,其中男孩为3.47%,女孩为4.72%.结论 古浪县6岁以下儿童生长发育迟缓率高于沿海发达城市,建议采取有针对性措施改善儿童的营养状况并促进儿童体格生长发育.
Analysis of growth and development of children under six in Gulang County
Objective To investigate the growth and nutritional status of children aged 0~6 years in Gulang County, and to provide scientific basis for the promotion of growth and development.Methods A total of 300 children under 6 were collected using a stratified cluster sampling method.The height and weight of the subjects were determined according to the reference weight and height evaluation standard formulated by World Health Organization.The hemoglobin concentration was detected with cyanide high iron method.Results The total retardation rate of height was 15%, 16.19% in boys and 13.39% in girls.The total retardation rate of weight was 633%, 2.89% in boys and 11.02% in girls.The total incidence of anemia was 4.0%, 3.47% in boys and 4.72% in girls.Conclusion The developmental retardation rate of children under 6 in Gulang County was higher than children in developed cities.Effective measures should be taken to improve the nutritional status and promote the growth and development of children.
