血清中锌浓度与糖尿病罹患风险相关性的Meta分析

目的 系统评价血清中微量元素锌和糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)发病风险的相关性.方法 计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普期刊资源整合服务平台、万方数据库和PubMed数据库中关于微量元素锌与糖尿病罹患风险的随机对照试验,检索时限从建库起至2016年10月.对纳入文献进行质量评价后,使用RevMan5.3和 Stata12.0软件进行数据分析.结果 最终纳入18篇文献,共3 428例研究对象,研究结果显示,糖尿病组人群中血清锌浓度比对照组人群低0.51 mg/L[WMD=-0.51,95%CI(-0.54,-0.49),P<0.001],差异具有统计学意义,亚组分析结果显示诊断方法、检测方法及文献质量不是异质性的来源,分层后整体效应的关联方向和大小不变.结论 本次研究结果表明,锌的缺乏会增加糖尿病的罹患风险.
A Meta-analysis of the correlation between serum zinc concentration andrisk of diabetes mellitus
Objective To systematically evaluate the relationship between serum zinc and diabetes mellitus (DM).Methods Randomized controlled trials on zinc content and risk of DM were searched in CNKI, VIP, Wanfang database and PubMed database up to Sept.2016.Data were analyzed using RevMan 5.3 and Stata 12.0 software after quality evaluation of the included literature.Results A total of 18 trials involving 3 428 subjects were included.The serum zinc concentration in the diabetic group was 0.51 mg/L, lower than that in the control group[WMD=-0.51, 95%CI (-0.54,-0.49), P<0.001].Subgroup analysis indicated that diagnostic methods, test methods, and literature scoring did not change the direction and magnitude of the overall effect.Conclusion The results of this study suggest that zinc deficiency increases the risk of diabetes.
