更昔洛韦治疗小儿手足口合并病毒性脑炎的疗效评价

目的 探讨更昔洛韦治疗小儿手足口合并病毒性脑炎的治疗效果.方法 在本院患有手足口病合并病毒性脑炎的患儿一共有106例,随机分为研究组、对照组,对照组对患儿采取常规治疗,研究组在此基础之上加入更昔洛韦进行治疗,对比两组患儿的治疗效果.结果 研究组患儿的治疗总体有效率明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿的退热时间、意识恢复时间、惊厥控制时间以及恶心呕吐消失时间明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 小儿手足口病合并病毒性脑炎采取更昔洛韦进行治疗,可以使退热时间明显缩短,进而使治疗效果明显提高.
The curative effect of Ganciclovir in the treatment of pediatric hand foot andmouth disease and viral encephalitis
Objective To explore the curative effect of Ganciclovir in the treatment of pediatric hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD) and viral encephalitis.Methods A total of 106 children with HFMD complicated with viral encephalitis were enrolled.The patients were divided into two groups.The control group received regular treatment, while the research group received regular treatment plus Ganciclovir.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The overall effective rate of the research group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The antifebrile time, consciousness recovery time, convulsion control time, and time for nausea and vomiting symptoms to disappear, were significantly lower in the research group than in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Ganciclovir can significantly shorten the antifebrile time during the treatment of HFMD complicated with viral encephalitis, thus strengthening the curative effect.
