中西医结合治疗小儿内科疾病与单一西药治疗效果对比分析

目的 探究中西医结合治疗小儿内科疾病的临床疗效.方法 选择2016年4月至2017年4月本院就医的98例内科疾病患儿随机分为两组,其中对照组49例,采用单一西药治疗,观察组49例,采用中西医结合治疗方式,比较两组患儿临床治疗效果.结果 采用中西医结合治疗的观察组患儿治疗总有效率为95.92%,不良反应发生率为408%,而进行单一西医治疗的对照组患儿,治疗总有效率为87.75%,不良反应发生率为14.28%.结论 中西医结合治疗小儿内科疾病不但可以提升临床治疗效果,还可以控制不良反应发生率,因此在小儿内科疾病治疗过程中,要注重中西医结合治疗方式的临床推广应用.
A comparative analysis of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine vs Western medicine in the treatment of pediatric medical diseases
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine in the treatment of pediatric medical diseases.Methods The clinical data of 98 pediatric patients treated during April 2016 and April 2017 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into two groups: control group (n=49, treated with Western medicine only), and observation group (n=49, treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine).The clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared.Results The total curative effective rate and adverse reaction rate were 95.92% and 4.08% in the observation group, and 87.75% and 14.28% in the control group.ConclusionTraditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine can improve the curative effective rate and reduce the adverse reaction rate.It is worth of wide clinical application.
