The influence of entirety nursing intervention on cardiac function, psychology, the quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure
Objective To investigate the influence of entirety nursing intervention on cardiac function, psychology, the quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 86 patients selected with European heart association diagnostic criteria were randomly averaged divided into two groups and control group, the observation group.The control group were given routine nursing care, the observation group were given entirety nursing intervention.The former left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction, 6 min walking distance, scores of SDS and SAS, scores of questionnaire for the quality of life with after given treatment in two groups were compared.Results The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction, 6 min walking distance, scores of SDS and SAS, scores of questionnaire for the quality of life after given treatment are better than before.Intervention effects on the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction, 6 min walking distance, SDS and SAS, the quality of life of entirety nursing are superior to that of routine nursing care.Conclusions Entirety nursing intervention improves more effectively the heart function of patients with chronic heart failure, alleviate the patients` negative psychology, improve the life quality of patients.
