综合护理对妊娠高血压患者的临床影响分析

目的 分析综合护理干预对妊娠高血压患者的临床影响.方法 选取甘肃省古浪县人民医院200例妊娠高血压患者,按照随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组各100例.对干预组进行综合护理方法,同时对对照组采用常规护理,分析综合护理对妊娠高血压患者的临床影响. 结果 护理前,两组患者的SAS 与SDS 评分、心率、收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压比较无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的SAS 与SDS 评分、心率、收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压均低于护理前,且干预组的各项指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05).此外,干预组的患者对于本次护理的满意度比对照组显著提高(P<0.05). 结论 综合护理能够有效改善妊娠高血压患者负面情绪、降低心率和血压,在临床上具有重要意义.
Clinical efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention on gestational hypertension patients
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention on gestational hypertension patients.Methods A total of 200 gestational hypertension patients were collected from Gulang People's Hospital, Gansu Province.The patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group (100 cases per group).The intervention group received comprehensive nursing, while the control group received routine nursing.The clinical efficacy was analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in SAS, SDS, heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment, the above parameters were lower, and those of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).In addition, the intervention group had significantly higher satisfaction with nursing than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the negative mood of gestational hypertension patients, reduce their heart rate and blood pressure, which have important clinical significance.
