Clinical efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention on gestational hypertension patients
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention on gestational hypertension patients.Methods A total of 200 gestational hypertension patients were collected from Gulang People's Hospital, Gansu Province.The patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group (100 cases per group).The intervention group received comprehensive nursing, while the control group received routine nursing.The clinical efficacy was analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in SAS, SDS, heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment, the above parameters were lower, and those of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).In addition, the intervention group had significantly higher satisfaction with nursing than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the negative mood of gestational hypertension patients, reduce their heart rate and blood pressure, which have important clinical significance.
