摘要
目的 探讨老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)并发骨质疏松症患者血清网膜素-1(Omentin-1)及氧化应激参数的表达情况.方法 选取邯郸市中心医院2020年1月-2023年1月收治的148例老年T2DM患者进行前瞻性研究,按骨密度T值大小将其分成骨量正常组(51例)、骨量减少组(45例)和骨质疏松症组(52例),检测各组血清O mentin-1、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、核因子-E2相关因子2(Nrf2)、血红素氧合酶-1(HO-1)等氧化应激参数的表达情况.结果 骨质疏松症组、骨量减少组血清Omentin-1、T-SOD、GSH-Px、Nrf2水平低于骨量正常组(P<0.05),且骨质疏松症组血清Omentin-1、T-SOD、GSH-Px、Nrf2水平低于骨量减少组(P<0.05).骨质疏松症组、骨量减少组血清MDA、HO-1水平高于骨量正常组(P<0.05),且骨质疏松症组血清MDA、HO-1水平高于骨量减少组(P<0.05).结论 血清O mentin-1、T-SOD、GSH-Px、MDA、Nrf2和HO-1在老年T2DM并发骨质疏松症患者中均呈异常表达,这些指标可作为老年T2DM并发骨质疏松症患者氧化应激反应评估与治疗的参考依据.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of serum omentin-1 and oxidative stress parameters in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)complicated with osteoporosis.Methods A prospective study was conducted in 148 elderly patients with T2DM admitted to Handan Central Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023.According to the T value of bone mineral density,the patients were divided into a normal bone mass group(51 cases),a osteopenia group(45 cases)and an osteoporosis group(52 cases).The expression of oxidative stress parameters such as serum Omentin-1,total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),nuclear factor-E2 related factor 2(Nrf2)and heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)was detected.Results The serum levels of Omentin-1,T-SOD,GSH-Px and Nrf2 in the osteoporosis group and the osteopenia group were lower than those in the normal bone mass group(P<0.05),and the serum levels of Omentin-1,T-SOD,GSH-Px and Nrf2 in the osteoporosis group were lower than those in the osteopenia group(P<0.05).The levels of MDA and HO-1 in the osteoporosis group and osteopenia group were higher than those in the normal bone mass group(P<0.05),and the levels of MDA and HO-1 in osteoporosis group were higher than those in the osteopenia group(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum Omentin-1,T-SOD,GSH-Px,MDA,Nrf2 and HO-1 were abnormally expressed in elderly patients with T2DM complicated with osteopo-rosis,and these indicators can be used as a reference for oxidative stress response assessment and treatment in elderly patients with T2DM complicated with osteoporosis.
