摘要
中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETs)是中性粒细胞释放的一种纤维网状结构,NETs的形成过程是中性粒细胞的炎症细胞死亡方式,称之为NETosis.近年研究发现,NETs能够通过多种方式促进肿瘤的发生、发展,与多种恶性肿瘤的进展和转移密切相关,而我国消化道癌症的发病率和死亡率不断升高,本文将对NETs的形成及其在消化道癌症中的作用进行综述.
Abstract
Neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)constitute fibrous structures released by neutrophils,with the formation process termed NETosis.Emerging research has unveiled the multifaceted role of NETs in promoting the genesis and development of cancer through diverse mechanisms.Significantly,their close association with the progression and metastasis of various malignant cancers has been established.Meanwhile,the escalating morbidity and mortality rates of gastrointestinal cancers in China underscore the pressing need for a comprehensive understanding of NETs in the context of digestive tract malignancies.This paper systematically reviews the intricate process of NET formation and its pivotal role in the landscape of digestive tract cancers.
