头痛是常见的神经系统症状,其反复发作的特点严重影响了老年患者的生活质量.老年患者由于自身基础病等特点,在头痛的管理策略上与中青年人群有所不同.本文拟对老年患者中常见的原发性头痛和继发性头痛的分型和治疗策略作一综述,为安全、有效和系统地诊治老年头痛提供理论基础.
Abstract
Headache stands out as one of the prevalent symptoms affecting the nervous system,significantly impacting the quality of life,particularly in elderly individuals.The recurrent nature of headaches poses a substantial challenge for the well-being of the elderly,and the management of head pain in this demographic requires a distinctive approach owing to their underlying health conditions and unique characteristics.This article endeavors to comprehensively review both primary and secondary headaches com-monly observed in elderly patients.Additionally,it delves into the diagnostic methodologies and treatment strategies specific to this age group.The overarching objective is to establish a theoretical foundation for the secure,efficacious,and systematic diagnosis and man-agement of headaches in the elderly,thus contributing to improved overall patient care.
